Unfathomable is set in 1913, more than a decade earlier than the mid-1920s setting of the rest of the Arkham Files.

The 10 new characters below have been previewed as the full cast of playable characters for the upcoming Arkham Files game Unfathomable. The remaining 10 investigators below have appeared as playable characters in other games in the Arkham Files line but have not yet been released or announced for Arkham Horror: The Card Game. Some other dog investigators were shown in the original April Fool’s announcement – Tummy-rubs Muldoon, Wagatha Dane, Pupper Mutteo, Jackson Pawlick, and Rex Murphy – but their cards were written to be purely comedic and not at all playable.
Although these dogs have been omitted from ArkhamDB due to the parody nature of the product, they are nonetheless functioning, playable investigators ( Barkham says not to use them in regular scenarios but if you get the itch to run them through The Forgotten Age then I say knock yourself out).
These print-and-play files can be downloaded from the Support section of Fantasy Flight’s page for the game. These releases feature alternate front and back sides of the investigator cards with different abilities and deckbuilding rules, as well as advanced versions of the investigators’ signature cards. Roland Banks, the Fed (also available as a novella promo with alternate signature cards)Ĭlick here for our Rolodex page covering the Core Set investigators in more detail.įantasy Flight has gradually been releasing print-and-play “parallel” versions of the 5 Core Set investigators through their website. The investigators below have been featured in normal releases/expansions for Arkham Horror: The Card Game. This page lists the playable investigator characters who have appeared across Fantasy Flight Games’ Arkham Files game line ( Arkham Horror, Elder Sign, Eldritch Horror, Mansions of Madness, and Final Hour), organized by their appearances in Arkham Horror: The Card Game.
